Cancellation deadlines for the participation fee:
If the event can be held but you have to cancel at short notice, the following cancellation fees will apply.
0 – 7 days before the start of the event: 100%
8 – 14 days before the start of the event: 75%
15 – 21 days before the start of the event: 50%
Accommodation costs are not included in the price.
