The DISPONIC INFORMATION module displays the following on the welcome screen: current information, service instructions or images for an object that may not yet be known. Information can be sent to individuals or entire groups. For example, the “Assigned employees” group is notified that the dress code has changed. The read confirmation provides the planner with proof that the message has reached the recipient.
